Our first step was to analyze HJB’s 2021 data to identify key areas for improvement and begin strategizing for optimization within Klaviyo’s powerful system. From our initial assessment, we found that HJB had significant room for improvement within their email engagement, order conversion, revenue optimization, and overall total performance.

This led to a comprehensive overhaul that utilized Klaviyo’s ability to strategically segment their email list, optimize email send times, A/B-test new subject line strategies, and perform limited time discounts and promotions at critical times throughout the year.

Utilizing Klaviyo’s robust data collection and analysis tools, we were able to further refine their strategies and implement new best-practices to generate increasingly impressive results. This included advanced personalization by leveraging detailed customer data to produce hyper-personalized, relevant, and engaging content, the use of behavioral data to send intentional and timely follow-up emails and reminders, and strategic, tiered discount structures and bundles to spur quick purchases and drive revenue growth.

These efforts culminated in remarkable success, with soaring engagement, significant increases in opens and clicks, and exceptional growth in order volumes and overall revenue.
